My Goals:
In 2012, I am hoping to lose the rest of the weight I didn't lose in 2011! Ideally, I only have about 15 or so more to go, and that isn't a lot, so here's to a fabulous year of positives, new friendships, and a healthier ME!!!!
My Program:
In 2012, my plan is to eat more fruits and veggies, and mix up my workout routines. I love Jillian Michaels' workout videos, and have had success before with her 30 Day Shred, so I will continue with that, as well as trying out some of her new videos! I also love to walk, and plan to get out and do as much as possible when I can!
Personal Information:
I'm from Ohio and have 3 beautiful children! I recently graduated from college, and am looking to put my knowledge and degree to good use! I love to laugh, as I feel it is a great stress reliever :)
Other Information:
I'm totally in love with the movie Twilight and have read all of the books :)
I'm a huge fan of Ghost Hunters, Little People Big World, The Bachelor/Bachelorette, High School Reunion and the list could go on and on!
