Introduction Text Still trying to lose that 25 pounds. We are in Florida for the winter, staying at an RV resort. I attend excercise classes about 1.5 hours per day, 5 days a week. Lost 5 lbs. Using all the wonderful fresh veggies and fruits available at is the stands, using the Spark site to log. Hopefully this is my time to knock it OFF.... I am an avid quilter(30 plus years). I also do peyote beading. As retirees, we do a lot of travel in our RV, fifth wheel.

Goals 1. Get into better shape, improve my core muscles 2. Lose 27 pounds by end of 2015 3. Get OFF my blood pressure medication

Here we go again. I seem to have more motivation this time. I am using a stationary bike, walking and some yoga (YMCA). I do think this is the best weight loss/get healthy program available.

I'm an avid quilter, beader, and knitter. Problem with these hobbies is they are sedendary. I am very involved in our local Quilt Guild and Embroiderer's Guild. My husband is an avid golfer. When he golfs, I go to my Quilt room..... We now travel in our RV enjoying this wonderful country. While traveling it is a little tougher to stay on track but that is my challenge.

I'm going to try new ways to exercise. I loved a senior dance class I was in BUT it got so crowded, I quit. I've tried Richard Simons old tapes - still looking for a low impact dance tape that will replace my class.
