Hello Maeve77!! Woot! Woot! So glad you are back with Spark! You got me started and I have been so motivated by everythingSpark. Thanks so much. Today I walked the dogs three times and did my 15 minute side leg series (floor exercises for the back, but it is great for the hips and thighs too!) while watching TV. Ate well. So it was a good day, healthy living wise. And after all the treats in the city the other day, as well as two birthday dinners WITH cake AND wine this weekend, it will take a week of healthy living to get me back on track... 3567 days ago
