Introduction Text I'm married, retired and have two grown children. I live in Cabo Rojo, near the southwestern tip of Puerto Rico, where the beaches are beautiful and the countryside breathtaking.

To be physcially and mentally healthly. To feel more energized, control stress, and get good muscle tone. 1. Be consistent in my exercise program 2. Lose the pounds I have gained to reach goal weight 3. Learn to maintain my goal weight once achieved

Diet: No more than 1500 calories per day. Increase my fruits and vegetables. Exercise: At least 5 days a week for no less than 60 minutes. Ab and other strength exercises every other day. Cardio daily.



Love reading--too many favorite books to mention. Music and seeing a good movie are on the top of my list of favorite things. Favorite TV programs are Lost, Grey's Anatomy and Chuck.
