2/22/2020 - After a long break, I'm back on spark. I've gained weight due to stress eating and menopause. The scale has crept up but it's time to take control. Focusing on health & the way my body feels.

*Favorite past time: Snuggling with my frenchies while watching a Marvel movie with my twins.
