January 2 will be my 9th Sparkversary but I haven't been active on Spark for quite a while. I really want 2020 to be the year for some real lifestyle changes that will make a difference. I also need to stop sabotaging my progress and keep moving forward.

All the tools I need are found on this, interaction, suggestions, inspirational stories, challenges and recipes to name just a few. Time to re-open the tool chest and put these valuable tools to good use!

My Goals:
- Maintain a consistent exercise program. Even if the time is brief, do something!

- Learn to make better choices for meals and snacks.

- Avoid binge eating. No reason to dip my hands into a bag of cookies or candy and keep eating one after the
other, after the other, after the other... Learn that I can be satisfied eating just one or two.

- If I go off track just forget about it! Don't use it as an excuse to have a food orgy for the rest of the day, week
or month. That doesn't make any sense.

By the way, under where you spin to get your daily free SparkPoints, there is a link line to update your status. Click it once and it will update your status stating how many SparkPoints you got for the day. Then later, update it with whatever you want. If you click on Feed right above your points page you'll see what others see when they visit their Friends Feed. Edit your Feed to include almost everything. Then I can know how you're doing.
