January 2 will be my 9th Sparkversary but I haven't been active on Spark for quite a while. I really want 2020 to be the year for some real lifestyle changes that will make a difference. I also need to stop sabotaging my progress and keep moving forward.

All the tools I need are found on this website...support, interaction, suggestions, inspirational stories, challenges and recipes to name just a few. Time to re-open the tool chest and put these valuable tools to good use!

My Goals:
- Maintain a consistent exercise program. Even if the time is brief, do something!

- Learn to make better choices for meals and snacks.

- Avoid binge eating. No reason to dip my hands into a bag of cookies or candy and keep eating one after the
other, after the other, after the other... Learn that I can be satisfied eating just one or two.

- If I go off track just forget about it! Don't use it as an excuse to have a food orgy for the rest of the day, week
or month. That doesn't make any sense.

    You wrote a comment on my feed about having success recently. Yes, one month I lost a lot but then found out that I was hyperthyroid!! I had to much thyroxin in my body. Now I have a normal blood count for that. Oh, well.
