Hi I'm Martha. I've battled my weight most of my adult life. It's been up and down - and really up and really down. I joined SparkPeople in 2009 and didn't do much with it. I got serious in March of 2012 and have lost almost 50 pounds. I'm really working to cross that 50 pound loss mark! And this time around, I'm losing the weight and keeping it off!!

Lose 55 pounds! Maybe 56, just so I hit an even number because I'm complusive like that.
Revised goal (3/31/16): Re-lose 30 of that 50+ pounds.

Eat more whole, unprocessed foods. Get up and move around whenever possible.
