I am really getting the hang of this exercise stuff!!! After 47 years I can't believe I am actually saying this! I feel energized, llimber and happy. The scale isn't moving as fast as I would like it to, but that is OK! My goal, besides exercising daily is to quit the after supper snacking, but I know I can do it!

My Goals:
To attain a better fitness and flexibility level. Weight loss would be an added benefit.

My Program:
 Following the guidelines in The Spark, exercising with videos and Coach Nicole every morning and drinking plenty of water!

 Going to the Carribean in Apirl and want to get fit. Hopefully the bathing suit will look a bit better too.
