Introduction Text It's true! Life really does begin at forty (or 45 or 48 depending). Life in Italy is wonderful, and with Spark's help I'm aiming to make the rest of my life healthy and happy. Spark has taught me to think about what I put in my body. It's given me the tools to tone and strengthen my muscles: I look better today than I did 10 years ago! Best of all, it's introduced me to so many wonderful, motivating people. I love Sparkpeople!!

Eat healthily and feed my family healthy food. Drink 8 glasses of water every day. Exercise regularly with a Spark generated exercise plan.

Track my calories, fibre and water 15 - 30 min cardio every other day. strength training every other day.

I'm married with two children. I live in Northern Italy, but I'm from South Africa. I have two gorgeous grandchildren and three wonderful children. I'm truly blessed.

My weight tracker is in kilograms and I'm quite happy if I stay between 63 and 65 kg, so I don't often track my weight changes. I love the Italian laid back way of life and the mediterranean diet. Love travelling but don't get enough chance to gallivant.
