Introduction Text Hi everyone! I decided today was the day to start getting healthy. I usually watch what I eat and try to walk a couple of times a week, but I know just that isn't going to get me where I want to be. Well everyone it's been almost 3 months and I've lost almost 15 lbs and I am starting to feel better about myself. I need to refocus and hold myself accountable for the exercise portion I'm doing decent in the eating department. UPDATE August 12,2007 Time to Refocus went back to stage 1 to revitalize my weight loss. Wish me luck.

I would like to create a healthier lifestyle, get more energy, and lose weight in the process,

I'm trying to continue to walk a few nights a week, drink more plain water, and watch portion sizes. Motivation is a big think I need to increase, and maybe a little will power.

My Name is Kerri, I'm 39and I have 3 boys 17, 13, and 3. I've been married "forever" and live in Springfield Missouri. I've been with McDonald's for 22 years and was a store manager and recently dropped down to assistant after the birth of my 3rd son.

Like to read novels by authors such as Danielle Steel and Nora Roberts don't really have alot of time for that.
