Introduction Text Hi!! I started SP Jun/02/08 for the second time after about a year away. I am very confident this time I will stick around and make it work since my primary goal is to keep a healthy lifestyle. May/30/09 I am back for a third time. Work was impossible since Dec/08 and I decided not to stress anymore about the weight. I tried to stay healthy but also had some medical complication this year (nothing to do with weight, though) I am looking forward to this summer to keep goals and logging to SP often. I'm very happy to be back.

* Mainly my goal is to stay healthy. I want to go to my yearly physical and have all my test within normal range. I am scare what could happenned if I don't make a change. * Loose weight and fit into regular sizes. I don't expect to go back to my high school weight, but someplace between size 12 and 10 will be marvelous.

* Tracking my food intake * Exercising 3 days a week when I am working * Keeping active (housework, cleaning, moving, etc.)

* Teacher from Houston * Single mom with a daughter in college(SCARYYYY !!!) * Ready to make a significant change in lifestyle

* Trying to keep up this Spring * Just made a commitment once more to SP to stay and live healthy
