I believe in the Christianity as taught by the Catholic Church.

The Catholic Church is the true christian Church because it was inspired by Jesus, and it demands the highest standard of conduct. Such as no premarital sex, no abortion and no divorce and no death penalty.

Jesus gave us 2 Commandments:

One must Love GOD with all our Heart, Soul and Mind and our neighbor as oneself.

There are 7 Sacraments or Sacred Traditions:

Baptism for the remission of sins.

Confirmation so we can be filled with the Holy Spirit when we are old enough to be responsible for our actions.

Confession when we commit a Grave sin after our Baptism.

Eucharist to receive Jesus and His Virtue into our hearts.

Holy Matrimony. The Priesthood. The Anointing of the Sick.

There are 7 kinds of Works of Mercy:

Feeding the Hungry, Drink to the Thirsty, Clothe the Naked, Shelter the Homeless, Care for the Sick, Visit the Prisoner and Bury the Dead.

My Goals:
I weigh 320, I want to get down to 180 by 2015. Then I can get to my Catholic Church every week, (St. Leo's) and get involved in church activities & charity work.

Then I also want to go on E-Harmony and hopefully meet a compatible female to marry me.

My Program:
The main idea is to eat 3 meals a day, so I don't get too hungry, and to plan meals a month at a time. Then to buy a month's worth of food so that way I avoid constant temptation when I go to the store. In other words stay out of the grocery store. Then freeze it in ziplock bags, each bag contains 1 meal. Then the 3 daily meals in their bags get put into a larger gallon bag. This way I can keep complete track of my daily meals. I even freeze milk in 17 oz. water bottles.

    Hi Michael,
Great job walking 10,000 steps a day, using the pedometer. Walking daily is the best exercise they say. Keep up the good work. emoticon

I eat broccoli, asparagus, green beans, lots of salads too. Tracking my food and exercise is really helping me get healthier. Glad you heard the talk on PBS. See you at the event tomorrow night. God bless.
