Introduction Text I This year is the year to reach my goals :)

Still reaching! I have a vision of living a healty lifestyle that comes easy. I am driven, hard headed and do EVERYTHING I make up my mind to do. I am not an excuse maker and I am very hard on myself so I know that I can and will reach my goals.

Healthier eating choices, trying to stay active, being positive.Take time out for me everyday. It is simple if I remember to keep it that way. I know that the only person holding me back is me.

I just can not help but be me. A Realistic optimist of sorts :) I love to be needed. Smiling makes me feel beautiful. Hard work is second nature. I want to be the best version of me possible.
