My Goals:
Rid myself of GERD and metabolic syndrome. Reach the midpoint of a normal BMI. Feel great physically with more energy. Feel like myself again. For the rest of my life. Join At Goal and Maintaining team.


My Program:
Stubborn determination, maintaining a sense of urgency, Primal Blueprint (www.marksdailyapple.com), Beck techniques, lots of journaling.

Read this somewhere, so very important:
"It would be wonderful if we could always exercise, sleep and eat as well as planned. The reality is that things happen to interfere with our goals despite our best intentions. When something goes wrong: a workout gets cancelled, you have to make a less than healthful eating choice, or you get to bed later than you would have liked, be flexible. Occasional problems or indiscretions aren't what kills a good plan: giving up when they occur does. So, get on with your plan the very next chance you can!"



Personal Information:
52-year-old single Mom of two teens, three cats and a fluffy little Corgi mix. Graphic designer with plans to retire early in a few years to become a maker of porcelain and glass objects.
