My goal is to meet the weight requirement for my health insurance.
Past 4 years at my annual health screening my weight was 201, 191, 190, 190. This year I want to weigh in at 165. I lost 20 pounds this past Fall by exercise and eating better. Since January 2009 I've been holding between 170 - 173 for past 4 months.
