Losing weight and dieting seems to be the story of my life. This time, I want to make a permanent lifestyle change along with the weight loss. I started this weight loss journey with Sparkpeople on December 9, 2008, wanting to lose approximately 25 pounds. On November 6, 2009, I reached my original goal. My "diet" is now my lifestyle change. Having hypothyroidism, I eat almost completely soy-free. I exercise regularly. I feel so much better about myself and my medical results prove it. ...

On November 7, 2009, I set a new goal to lose an additional 10 pounds. On November 15, 2011, I reached my second weight loss goal.
