Hi my name is DeeAnna and I want to lose weight and keep it off! Losing weight is always a mindbattle for me. Should I eat this, no I shouldn't! Oh, it's ok! I want it! You don't need it! Get the picture? A MINDBATTLE!

I joined SP Jan. 16th, 2008. I have done Weight Watchers, TOPS, Nutri-system, Biggest Loser, every diet you can imagine and every diet book you can imagaine. I just have never reached my goal weight.

I grew up very athletic and thin. Never had a weight problem until my mid 30's after I had my son. And it has been down hill since then. I have always liked to eat, especially eating out. And over the years I have started consuming more then I should, large portions, sweets, pop, etc. On top of that I am a emotional eater, I eat to be happy, when I am sad, stressed, bored, whatever emotion I am feeling food is there to comfort me. Which has put me where I am today.

My Goals:
1. Lose 85 lbs
2. Get off high blood pressure medicine
3. Get off cholesterol medicine
4. Wear a size 10
5. Tuck shirts in
6. Wear a swimsuit and not be embarrassed
7. Feet not hurt
8. Bend over without tummy in the way
9. Get off my cpap machine
10. Weigh less then my husband


My Program:
I try to do some kind of cardio daily, walking, use to run, elliptical, bike, something. I also throw in some strength exercises with weights or just using my body.



Personal Information:
I have one child who is in his 20's. I have one grandchild who is under 5. I am Married. I have 2 dogs. I go to church. I love to play golf. I work part-time at a hotel.


Other Information:
I like to travel, volunteer, watch movies, & watch TV reality shows.

    I just saw a post that you can't spark mail from phone. Go to those 3 horizontal lines at top left click on them. Click on my trackers. This is how I do it. Spark Mail is at bottom of list.🍁🍂🍁
