The benefits of healthy choices far outweighs the number on the scale. Let's continue to reduce our risk of disease, build strong muscle and bone, stay flexible and mobile, improve our cardiovascular system, help our body heal itself, increase our energy level, relieve stress, slow the aging process (and who doesn't want that ?!?)... and so much more. Don't give the scale any power. Take note of the number then get off the scale and live your life. - Steve Maraboli
