Lose the weight I've gained since 2007 but more importantly to get healthy and stay healthy.



I live in WI, have 2 grown children, 4 grandchildren and 1 sweet (but naughty) Rat Terrier. My hubby and I are approaching retirement in the next couple of years and it's a little scarey with the economy the way it is. I haven't worked outside the home for the past 3 years so staying motivated is a problem at times. I like to read and knit or crochet.
