Also known as Tally, The Chatty Introvert (my hole in the internet actually is named, I'm a native Texan with oodles of possible physical and mental issues (some of my own making, others from being a bookworm & history nerd trying to navigate the 21st century among you humans).

I've been filling my plate full of ideas and things to try to make my mid-30s and onward more inspiring and full of life, rather than wasting away as a recluse like I'd done for more than 20 years.

Fitness Minutes: 563

My Goals:
I'm currently learning piano, guitar, and have signed up for MMA classes again (boy I've missed 'em). I made a promise to myself that when I had my last birthday, I was going to improve myself physically and mentally, and do my best to be healthy as possible.

My Program:
I have a home gym I need to now utilize (still constructing some things, but that's okay) with exercise equipment older than me, but still useful. I also have an elliptical trainer and will be going to MMA a minimum of 3 days a week. When it's great weather outside, I'll focus on yard work such as planting, filling holes, gardening, mowing, etc. When the weather's lousy, I'll be in the gym for extra time.

Personal Information:
I have gone up and down the wagon steps so many times I've lost count, but at the same time, I've been just going through the motions of living. I'm determined to be able to protect myself and others should the need arise, and to have a clear mind and body instead of being a guilt and depression-laden mess.
