Hi!! How are things going? I saw your post on the Keto Clarity page about working on one mile at a time. That is a great idea. I have been walking/jogging trying to see if I can get to 1.5 miles in 30 minutes, but I think your idea of working on the first mile until you can comfortably jog the whole time is a great plan. 720 days ago
