I am not a very active person and in the last couple of months I have started getting out more and yard saleing, flea markets and in general just moving more. Thanks for your suggestions on how to add fiber to my diet. We made a large salad with lettuce and different vegetables plus water-packed tuna for dinner tonight, but it still didn't give me enough fiber. I will have to think of beans. Maybe, tomorrow. Thanks again. 1362 days ago

Hi neighbour to the south. I've added you as a friend. I love cats and yours look very content. Wishing you success on your weight loss journey. T'is a hard road but it can be done by exercising perserverance and patience. I live on a farm and we are calving now so am getting lots of exercise but the pounds don't want to "get lost" (probably because I am eating more and not paying so much attention to preparing meals)
