Returning to Spark
After being away from Spark for a long time, I have decided to get back on again. Life has a way of getting in the way of your goals sometimes and I am guilty of that.
Towards my goals, I stopped drinking. Maybe an occasional cocktail sometimes but no more beers. It was odd. I just don't have that craving anymore.
I stopped adding things to my coffee. Straight up black is my new norm. I drank it that way when I first started and I just thought "I did it before, I can ...

Life is worth being healthy - and that is what I want (and NEED) to be!

My Goals:
- To track my exercising again.
- To stop will all the added sugars and processed foods.
- More greens, veggies, fruit, and closer to the earth eating.
- Enjoying life!
My Program:
My program is back to what I was doing before.
- Get exercise (about 60-90 min) Monday through Friday. Cardio 3 days a week and cardio/strength for the other two.
- Eat healthier, balanced meals. Cook on the weekends and PORTION it out for the week.

I currently live in Helena, MT. I'm a Montana native and my home town is Miles City.
