Thanks so much for your encouraging comment on my blog about alcohol. it helps to know that I'm not the only one who struggles with this. I do love my wine! But just ahve to give it up. I've played around with losing weight since April of last year but recently watched the movie Julie and Julia and created a project for myself that I called Project 182/50 (50 pounds in 182 days, which is 26 weeks). And I'm blogging about it. Frustrating thing is I gained weight after the first week because I drank too much, which caused me to eat too much!!! Hence when I fell off the wagonm this week, I got really frustrated so I'm not going to even drink a sip now until I achieve my goal of 50 lbs. 3982 days ago
