Introduction Text Hi I am a mom of 3 great kids, and a wife to a wonderful husband. I grew up with the Idea of eating a lot was what we did, because food was good, and enjoyable. I have had several different Healthy Issues mainly dealing with Allergies to just about everything. I have been working really hard to get my Allergies and Hives under control. And now that I have been stable for a few months. I can refocus on my weight lost goals.

Short Term 1. Stay Gluten-Free for 30days straight (I am new to this, and even thourhg gluten makes me feel like crap and gives me a rash, it is still very hard) 2. Lose 45 pounds, making me under 200 pounds 3. Complete the C25K Program 4. Get Through a 1hr workout without stopping 5. Be 185 pounds (that would be amazing) 6. Be 175 7. Be 165 and maintain it!

I am doing Cardio for 30mins at least 3x a week. I was becoming unfocused here so I started the C25K program. I doing strength training and Ab work 3 times a week. My Abs are my biggest problem area.

Born and raised in New York. I am Puerto Rican American. Went to College in PA. Now Living in lovely San Diego. I am an avid gamer, yes I love rpg games. And hour a day, keeps the frustrations away. I also love scrap-booking. I use to really love running, started when I was on high-school cross country team, I have lost this over the years, but I am here to regain my love.

I love reading Horror. Twilight was an awesome book, but the movie really sucked. I been in love with Johnny Depp since 21 Jump Street. I like all kinds of music, but country, hardcore rap, and heavy metal are definitely not the main features on my playlist.
