Time to start fresh


I am almost 52 years old and it is now time to take control of my life. My journey started at 245 pounds. It amazes me how easy Spark People makes learning how to eat a healthy diet.
I am almost 52 years old and it is now time to take control of my life. My journey started at 245 pounds. It amazes me how easy Spark People makes learning how to eat a healthy diet.

Fitness Minutes: 3,500

My Goals:
1st-Not to be obese, 185 lbs.

2nd-To be a healthy weight, 150 lbs.

3rd-Will decide later.


My Program:
 Watching calories, recording them on this sights tracker, drinking 8 glasses of water and trying to start an exersize program.


Personal Information:
My name is Michele. I live in Lansing MI and am divorced. I live with my dog Sasha. I work retail.
I have 2 grown children both married. My daughter, who introduced me to Spark People, has 3 adorable boys. My son is in the Air Force.

Other Information:
 I like to knit and crochet. My favorite movies are comedies.

    Hi Michele, glad to see you did have a flu shot, I had my first this past week. I know many who did get the flu, including my dad. It's spreading all over Mich. so be careful.
    I am off Tuesday for 10 days but when I get back I plan on getting back to Spark and cardio. We shall see you then,
