Introduction Text I am almost 52 years old and it is now time to take control of my life. My journey started at 245 pounds. It amazes me how easy Spark People makes learning how to eat a healthy diet.

1st-Not to be obese, 185 lbs. 2nd-To be a healthy weight, 150 lbs. 3rd-Will decide later.

Watching calories, recording them on this sights tracker, drinking 8 glasses of water and trying to start an exersize program.

My name is Michele. I live in Lansing MI and am divorced. I live with my dog Sasha. I work retail. I have 2 grown children both married. My daughter, who introduced me to Spark People, has 3 adorable boys. My son is in the Air Force.

I like to knit and crochet. My favorite movies are comedies.
