 weights walking work out with weights 5 days walk every other day ride bike do resistance training!!!

married 49 years i am 66 two kids 48 and 43 hubby Leo he 68 we just living!!!

Other Information:
 i have lost 160 pounds in last 9 yrs 50 more to go!!
