Hitting the big 60 in march, so about time to think about quality of life. Living in upper peninsula michigan during the winter here theres a lot of hibernation going on. So instead of that lament, sedimentary lifestyle time to get off my fat azz and apply some dicipline in my life. In three years i plan on hiking some areas in utah and this summer some lake superior trails. though my arthritis in my knees limit my ability, i plan on building my knees this winter and overcoming the limits old age throws at us. all i can do is give my best with some healthy eating and getting my tush in motion. so wish we me luck and my best you out there with similar goals!

My Goals:
Keeping my diet with some nutritional values, eliminating as much as we can nowadays, free of processed foods.
Keeping at least some form of aerobic exercise daily, no matter how small, i figure , if i comit even with a minimum of daily regiment it will program me with a more substantial disciplne.

My Program:
Low impact exercise, daily cardioglide, tai chi, weightraining. Tryng a one meal a day evening meal with one cup mixed nuts and dried fruit to fill hunger cravings during day.

Personal Information:
Love the outdoors and nature is my religion. My church is gods creation so the more i spend on a lake ,in the woods, or on a mountain the more spiritually im connected to the spirit of our creater. I love the way the tao connects us with god without dividing culures and people in the world the way world religions does. But as we journey in this life its mind , body and spirit thats all connected , so whatever brings us closer to connect with that which we will experience when we leave this life, p!ease i hope those who read this connects closer in a relationship with their great spirit or God
