Soccer mom's time to lose!


I've always had some problems with my weight - always the chubby kid who would rather be reading a book than playing in the gym. After I was married I lost 45 pounds with Weight Watchers and even worked there for a couple years. Then I had kids and gained all the wight back plus some. So here I am ready to start again and lose the weight for good this time!

After I was married I lost 45 pounds with Weight Watchers and even worked there for a couple years. Then I had kids and gained all the wight back plus some. So here I am ready to start again and lose the weight for good this time!

Member Since: 2/25/2010

My Goals:
To lose 75 pounds for good! I want to be healthy to keep up with my kids.

Hike one of the 46 ADK High Peaks this summer!

My Program:
 Drink 8 glasses of water a day.

Track everything I eat.

Get those fruits and veggies in.

Starting slowly with exercise - get at least 120 minutes of walking a week.


Personal Information:
I've been married 17 years to a great guy. We have 2 kids - a girl 13 and a boy 11. We live in my hometown in upstate NY and spend most of our free time shuttling the kids to their activites - dance, baseball, soccer, swimming, violin and viola.

Other Information:
 I like bowling, and have recently started playing weekly with my son. In the summer months we enjoy camping and hiking.
