Introduction Text Hi, My name is Michele and I have been battling being overweight for as long as I can remember. I am 38 years old and have terrible health. I have two daughters, aged four and two, and I need to make this commitment to loose weight to help my health conditions and to become HEALTHY. I need to do this for myself and my daughters so I can become a stronger, healthier parent and I want to be sure to have a long, healthier life as I am a single parent and need to be here for my two beautiful daughters.

My goals are to take it one day at a time and if one day is bad not to feel like a failure for the next three or four days, but wake up the next day and thank God for the gift of that new day!

I am going to follow a meal plan I was given through a lifestyle program I received through a medical doctor. That, along with this great website/tools/support groups, and 20 minutes of exercise a day will hopefully be a succesfull program.



I just look at my children every day and thank God for my blessings. Even though I have had great struggles I need to committ to myself to get HEALTHY, mentally and physically. I have the tools, I just need to put them into use and that is the hard part. Just remember if you fail one day (or two or three)that is okay!!!! Start again the next day!!!!!
