    I'm so sorry I haven't been the best sparks friend. Life.... But I did want to come and check on you and see how you are doing. I have no more time to waste. My DD is graduating in May and my goal is to be 150 pounds. So I need to really focus now.

    I also just rejoined Spark Pages. I would love to have some buddies to help with this lifetime change. My biggest struggle so far has been getting in my exercise. I am always running everywhere with the kids and I have just been so exhausted lately.

    Nathalie, I just read your message to my page today. I hope your doing well, sticking to your goals and finding SP useful.

    I found the answer to your question. As soon as you login to SP, you'll notice a "SEARCH" bar right on top of the screen. I typed "SERVING SIZES" and it showed me a list of articles with all kind of information. I read "PORTION SIZE AND SERVING SIZE" and I believe this one has the information you need with examples. I hope this helps.

    Nathalie - I would also love an accountability partner. I am having problems with entering my workouts and food so I could use some extra support to wait it out. I am sure there is a solution. This is my first day! Thanks for the comment.
