It really pays to make changes in manageable increments... oh, how I have learned this the hard way. This time slow and methodical is the way to go. My focus will no longer be on my shortcomings, but will highlight my lengthening baby-steps. No more gimmicks, no more eating disorders, no more excuses... I can do this! It''s been difficult to stay motivated through the chaos that is my life, but my goal is to keep trying. I can''t lose if I don''t quit. I admit, I''ll need extra help ...

Me: The Healthy Version
150-ish pounds
regular exerciser

self-confident
I want to be down 150 pounds by September 2014.
I want to ride in a bicycle race...somewhere, somehow...by September 2014
I want to celebrate the end of my RN program with a trip to a beach...and wear a swimming suit and shorts without feeling self-conscious!
My Program:
I've begun again with SP and am working on logging in every day, earning lots of points, carefully monitoring my food intake and keeping a close eye on meeting daily goals.
Due to knee issues I will make modifications to my exercise/activity regimen as needed, but I will strive to be active each day!
Personal Information:
I am a wife and mother of 2 teenaged daughters. I have been through a lot in my life and have finally come through the worst of it. I feel like I am deserving of happiness and cannot wait to have my physical body reflect what I feel inside!
Other Information:
Completed LPN in May.
Starting RN in January.
Finishing BSN in 12-18 months :)
Hopefully by the time I'm 40 I'll finally have my bachelor's degree :)
