It will show your calories, fat, carbs and protein. Drink 8 glasses of water a day and get 30 grams of fiber with the water a day. Exercise 30 min. a day. Spark mail me if you need any help. Thanks for the add... I believe in a support system to lean on in times of emotional distress...hopefully I can be part of that for you. Instead of eating, try journaling - either on here or in a notebook. Anything to keep you out of the snacks. In the meantime, get rid of all those horrible snacks - it won't be so bad to emotionally binge if you are doing it with carrot sticks! 4308 days ago
