Winter, '20
Be on the path, each and every day.
Whether I stumble or stagger right off into the bushes,
Think of myself as staying, not straying.
Do at least one thing each day to reflect that I am here
And working on it.....

MidSummer '19

Move toward living the ways of the Blue Zones
Move toward Hara Hachi Bu - eat less, try for 80% full.

Spring '19
1. Be in the here and now.
2. Be gentle and loving with my tender self.
3. Be gentle and loving with others; we're all doing the best we can.
4. Make the most healthful choice I can for me in the moment.

About me (from a team questionnaire):

NAME: You can call me "Night," or you can call me "Glow," but please don't call me late for dinner! Bwaaaaa ha ha! Sigh.

AGE: I don't believe in linear aging. Today I'm about 14. Tomorrow I might be 68.

STATE: Confusion. Though sometimes I'm in Cognito.

KIDS/ANIMALS: Yes, Yes they are.

HOBBIES: Rationalization

TYPE OF WORK: I'm a lumberjack. It's okay.

Cream-colored kittens and crisp berry strudels.
High C's and wide seas
And pesto with noodles
Wild women flying, moonlight on their wings
These are a few of my favorite things

SPORTS: Does "keyboarding" count as exercise? Web-surfing? That should count for something. Am I right?

Thank you so much for letting me know on Team Washington State that you relate. It is wonderful to have someone understand, recognize, and encourage me (especially in the beginning when it is perhaps the most difficult(?) to stick with my plan.

I've sent you a friend request, I know already that you will be motivating and inspiring to me!

P.S., I love the artwork on your SparkPage.

Thanks for leaving a comment on my page. You're so right on both accounts - there's definitely a campaign against plant-based lifestyles by a number of different interests, and there's also a great need to have more plant-based information on SP.
I'm glad you posted the article, and that SP featured it so prominently. Hopefully it will encourage people to do more research into WFPB.

I haven't had the spiralized noodles yet! I make great pasta sauces and think it will taste fine with that. There are a lot of steps to setting up the spiralized. Still figuring it out! Hugs to you and your partner.

Magically not having cravings; if I did, peanut butter would be one of them! No other plant butters have that effect on me, so it's off the table for now. I'm getting lots of other good stuff. Like walnuts! I took a picture of what an ounce looks like in my hand; it's sobering. But when a whole ounce fits into my meal plans, it's glorious!
