WOW!! : Member Since: 9/15/2008 Updated: Nov 7, 2019 Running+Yoga+Fitness+Music=A VERY Happy Gal! From 2018-The past few years has shown me how strong I really am, who my friends truly are, and those who love me will stand next to me through thick and thin. 2006 (aka years ago) I completed my first 5K and I loved it. I had ran my first ever mile four months prior and I recall being so shocked I about fell over. I moved from the treadmill to cardio kickboxing classes the next year and never faltered. I then went on to complete back to back spin classes the year after w/o difficulty. What does this tell me? I can do it! I have done 120 push-ups, I have completed back to back extreme spin classes, and I have already ran my first mile ever in my life. I have done all this and I will do more! In January 2017, I met this crazy wonderful man and six months later we married. I am blessed in so many ways and hope to pay it forward. Never did I believe I would meet such a supportive and amazing man. And one who wants to run with me beside me. We are a team and it shows. I dream big but I also temper my dreams with reality. UPDATES: Ran my first half marathon April 2017!! Ran my first 8hour Race Aug 2018! 50K Ultra is next up! I know what to do & I just have to do it: NIKEIT!! doitnowforyourself The only limits are those we set.

*140lbs I am 5'2" this is comfy and muscular on me.
*100 push-ups

*Drop my fast food habit like a hot potato (not doing so great on this one as hubby brings lunch to me!!)
*Run Baby Run! ---need to run WAY more
*Yoga 2x/wk -- never have worked on this one...yet
*Drink 40oz water --doing better
*Eat 3-5 fruits/veggies daily ---salads for lunch working well on this
*Maintain healthy caloric levels

Most Importantly:
Keep my pointy boots pointed at myself

    It’s cold outside, but Spring is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of March. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.
