I'm nearly 30, have two gorgeous daughters and am engaged to the man of my dreams... and I have to lose half of my body weight to be in the healthy-body-weight category.

I've finally reached a point in my life that I realize that I must do something for me... and the one and only thing that I want to do for myself right now is lose weight. So, here I am.
