Introduction Text I am happy and love my life, family and friends. How is that? heehee Honestly I started to change my ways in 2000 when I turned 50. I weighed 268 and got down to 168. Then in 2006 I had to have two surgeries and went up to 186. After yo-yo-ing for almost 4 years I'm fast forward to Jan. 1, 2010. I went back to 190.5 and not happy. So back to the grind but happy to have my Wii. I love it!!

Eat healthy and exercise while having fun getting to my goal.

I have Yoga and Pilates tapes, weights and a ball that I am trying to get into doing again at home. Also, walking at the Mall with my friend, playing with the my hula hoop, dancing and whatever else I feel like at home.

I live in the Adirondacks of NY. I have one daughter who lives in Atlanta, GA. I also have a cat, Toby.

I think my biggest success for losing my weigh and keeping it off was looking inside myself and figuring out what was weighing me down. Once I figured that out the rest fell in place.
