I’ve been an inactive member for approximately five years, around the time my first son was conceived. Adjusting to motherhood was a challenge and I’ve let unhealthy choices take over my life style. I am back again to change that.

-Live and active and healthy lifestyle.

-Feel great, healthy and energetic.

-Lose weight prior to having children.

-Ultimately, I would like to lose about 18lbs.
