My Goals:
Complete Couch to 5k Part Deux

Run another 5k by the end of 2013

Run a mile in 10 minutes

Lose 50 lbs (28 to go)

My Program:
 Walk and/or run 20 miles per week

Track everything

Weigh once a week


Personal Information:
I live in Austin, Texas. I love to hike, walk, and run, and work up a good sweat in the Texas heat. Indoor exercise and gyms drive me bonkers.

 I have three children.They have paws. And they're fluffy.
