    Welcome to the 100 Day Challenge Team! We are always happy to have another teammate! Glad to hear that you are up for challenging yourself to increasing your fitness levels - that is ultimately the goal of this challenge. Most of us try to switch up our exercise to keep things fun as well. It gets much easier the longer you do it. I am up to day 160, but I remember how hard the first few weeks were...hang in there!

    We are a small team working hard to support each other in the quest for fitness and happiness. Every day we each have the choice to prioritize exercise and move closer to our goals. Try to keep track of your streak so that you can help inspire others. If you falter, don't worry, tomorrow is always a new day

    Now get out there, get movin' and get it done!

    Hi Paula!
    So happy to see that you are back! Thank you for the very warm comments on my page. I think that my motivation is like everyone's...some days it is great, other days almost non-existent! I depend on this site a lot on rough days to keep me on track, and I also try really hard to journal every day. I track my exercise, any positive thoughts I am having (how much fitter I feel, any size changes, compliments from people etc) as well as very short term goals. This helps me a lot, because if I think about the whole amount (still 70-90 lbs to go) I become nauseated and feel like I can't do it. I am concentrating on single month goals and thinking in terms of 5-10 lbs at a time. I feel blessed to have been so successful so far, but it is definitely lots of work! Let me know if there is any way that I can help you along your journey
