Well, I have finally hit the 100 pounds down mark from my highest ever weight on 303. Took 2 years, 3 months and 29 days, but what the hey. I'm 94 pounds down since I found Spark People and should meet my 30% goal later this week. 38 more to go. All the praise I give to God. Thanks to all Spark Friends who have supported me along the way. :) C.
PS: Never liked admitting I was 303 so I lied but now
it feel OK to let you know.

Spring is almost here! Time to start outside & walk. :(
Rolled my ankle 2 weeks ago, so I've switch to the elliptical trainer. Hate it. But sometimes we have to do things we don't like to succeed. Getting ever closer to hitting my 3rd goal of losing 30% of my original body weight. Slow and Steady but Stronger all the time.

Well I am starting the 3rd year of my weight loss journey and I continue to loose slowly, exercise and healthy eating are a part of my life now. I completed several 5K races last summer/fall and plan to continue them when the weather breaks. This year goals are to loose the last 50 pounds and to try to new sports; tai chi and scuba diving. Maybe running too. Have a great 2011. :) =C.

Happy Fall You All! Personal training didn't go so well. Back to my regular walking routine. Recommitting to the diet and beginning to loose again. BIG Trip to Panama coming up in January and I hope to drop under 200 by then. Wish me Luck. See ya.... C :)

Signed up with personal trainer, Working out 4-5 days a week, Getting stronger but still not loosing much, Making a few changes to my diet and Praying it works.

Still stuck on plateau. Easter candy was too good to resist. I'm back to the workout and have a new goal to loose the last 60 pounds before I take my husband to Panama for his 50th Birthday in late dec. Wish me luck. - C.

I have been stuck on a plateau for a while now. Fighting the same 5 pounds over and over is getting really old. Changing strategy this week, adding more strength training and backing off on cardio a bit. Wish me luck. See ya soon.....C.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! Gained 4.5 pounds over the holiday, too much fun but it could have been worse. Tomorrow, I'm back at the gym with renewed spirit and drive. My successes this past year, have motivated my entire family to get started on their own weigh lost journeys. I wish them success. I have 67 to finish this year and have the faith that I will accomplish the race on time. Good Sparking to all... -C.

Well WINTER is here again, but I've lost over 60 pounds this year with sparkpeople and the boddybugg. I have a healthy eating plan in place and I am exercising regularly, so I should finish the year strong in spite the Holidays. Wishing all my fellow Sparker's a Merry Chistmas and a Successful New Year. -C.

Finally made the decision to WIN the Race. I'm 45, female, and have 100+ pounds to loose. I am especially focused on my Food Tracking and Fitness. Since, I've got so much to loose, I started slow (like a Turtle) 10 min. walking and I am happy that in a little over two weeks, I'm up to 45 min and still going. I LOVE tracking my food online.

3/13/09 Lost weight and getting healthier
16 lbs. 60 min on the treadmill.

3/20/09 Yeah! lost 20 lbs.
4/15/09 Just got over the flu, back to the treadmill. Yeah.
4/27/09 Hit 1st 10% goal........ Yeah! :)
Rewarded with New Jeans (size 20w) WOW!
5/13/09 Just started with Bodybugg ;)
5/18/09 Bought some new workout clothes - now I feel pretty while I sweat..... :)
6/2/09 Lost 8.5 more pounds. Love this Healthy Living Stuff. :)
8/11/09 Size 18w - jeans and jacket. (Yeah!) :)
10/9/09 I'm that close to hitting my 20% goal and my RSD comes back. My feet hurt and it's getting in the way of exercise and makes me depressed so I eat more..... Well I am not going to let it beat me. I've scheduled a doctor appoint and moving to stationary bike for a while. See Ya soon.
10/30/09 Passed my 20% total weight loss today! Half way to my final goal...... :) I think it's time for a reward.
