Hello Friends. I'm here for my 2nd time. Deleted old page (PJH2020). 2010-12 I sparked happily from

245-158. So much life happened since then... and so many of my SPF are gone.

I want to lose 30-40 lbs!

I can do this even with aging issues (61) and arthritis, spurs, scoliosis, and loss of strength/stamina.

Personal Information:
I split my time between Chicago and Central Valley, CA. Body Food Weight "dieting" ... dominated my life story for a very large part of my life and consciousness. I learned a LOT. I've worked on myself. A lot.
Lost 75# on Spark in 2010-12. (Prior weight history more like Oprah -- large swings, deep ditches).


Other Information:
I am Joyful, verbal - overthinker in celebration of mid life SHIFTS
Friendship and Fellowship is so important. Solitude too.
