My Goals:
I recently went into the hospital for congestive heart failure. I am losing weight to gain control of my diabetes and blood pressure. I am shooting for less than 200 pounds.

My Program:
 Currently, I am using Systrim Weight Loss System and shooting for less than 2000 calories. I am monitoring my carbs and my sodium intake.
