Fitness Minutes:

My Goals:
Originally, my goal was to weight 119 lbs, then with new medicine(Bydureon) for diabetes I was able to get down to 119, right now, I am at 117. I'll try to be in this range.
Another goal is to control my blood sugar with an A1C of 7 and below. Working on that!
My Program:
1)To eat a balance diet.
2)Keep a good portion control
3)Walk 13,000 steps daily at least
4)Practice Yoga and Meditation 15 days at least in the month
5)Strength exercise 4 times a month

My Goals:
