Introduction Text I am from Glace Bay , Nova Scotia. lived in Toronto, Ontario for 33 years and am now retired in Guysborough, Nova Scotia. I am a 79 year old cancer survivor who enjoys the outdoors and am lucky enough to live in a beautiful part of our province that makes being outdoors enjoyable. “For I the Lord thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not I will help thee.” - Isaiah 40:13

To stay active and maintain a reasonable body weight for my age.

I don't actually have a set program. I do love to walk outdoors though and do so when the weather permits.

Married with a daughter who lives with her husband in Whitehorse, Yukon. We are avid Blue Jay fans and meet once a season in Toronto for a week of games.

Favourite TV shows: Star Trek, the origional series, Frazier, Special Victims Unit, Blacklist, Scandal, The Good Fight to name a few. But if the Jays are on tv thats where we are tuned in.
