    Jillian Michael's book is entitled "Making the Cut". While this book details how to figure out how to find out what kind of oxidizer you are and how many calories you should be eating, it focuses on building muscle and getting rid of those last 10-20lbs. As it will say in the book, if you're trying to lose more than that, buy her first book, "30 Day Shred". I chose MTC because I want to build up my strength. Whatever lbs I lose doing this book will be icing on my cake (so to speak.....lol).
