Anne, thank you so much for commenting on my blog about adopting our two new fluffy girls. It's so heartwarming to get all this support.

I hope you are doing well in every way.

Come to think of it, maybe my social life isn't THAT far off. Maybe just a couple more social contacts. Glenn

Anne, I had two very good male friends (that weren't blood related) from the mid to latter part of my life. One died of lung disease. The other is now living in an Adult Family Home 40 miles away, with dementia. Of course I am close to my wife, enjoy her caregiver, and get along with and enjoy people who I encounter at stores and Dr appts. Then, I am close to my older brother and an aunt and uncle, all across the country. That's about it in a nutshell.

If my wife were to pass on, I would be quite isolated. That's why the need for more friends. Glenn

You know, I like you. I've had some of these discussions with various degrees of Christians. I really don't think I'm one of them. However, I do try t live my life in a meaningful way, and often think of whatever contribution I can make to the people who are still here. I would like to leave a nice legacy that people can benefit from. You are a person who helps me feel in such a way that I can be kind and helpful to some. Glenn
