It is also a better way for me to prepare healthier meals when he comes over. My husband is benefiting from the change to healthier eating and exercise as well. I told my son, he said he wasn't surprised I wanted to learn more. It gave him the opportunity to open up to his personal challenges. So, healthier diet, more exercise, more water and I know I will loose weight. My personal goal is to go the distance and not to give up after four months. I am on my way! 2020: Keep moving forward! Exercise 10 minutes longer. Usually do 30 minutes. Some days more. Increase whatever the amount is on that day by 10 minutes. 10/1 Weight Loss Plan: Weigh & measure food, track nutrition, daily motivation, make meal with portion controls. Engage in challenges. Take it one day at a time. Enjoy the health journey. Nonfood rewards for accomplishments; , scenic walk, rest day once a week, haircut. New goal: Weight once a week on same day.
